INDIVENZA
Performance by Luigia Riva, Davide Napoli, Géraldine Hilaire
Sorbonne Artgallery - Centre Panthéon - Friday March 11th at 7 PM
The word "Invidenza" in Italian and "Invidence" in French, comes from a text by Davide Napoli, extracted from his book "Le lapsus de l'ombre", published by Unicité, 2020 Paris.
This performance, a proposal by Luigia Riva and Davide Napoli, is inspired by this text and finds in its theoretical and practical wandering points of encounter and escape with the plastic space of the Sorbonne Art Gallery.
INVIDENZA is the alternation between the visible and the invisible of the body(ies) transported in an evidence of the elsewhere, always there, and in perpetual journey between presence and absence.
Luigia Riva, Davide Napoli and Géraldine Hilaire follow a dizzying slide of the bodies in a space-time in loss of the points of reference.
The performance wants to be a kind of troubled perception of the world, a vision of the existing as lost inhabitant of our time.
